The Ensō symbolizes the path of energy, this seeks transformation through substance so that it can return more fully to its source. Our lives reflect this principle. When a part of my life energy is frozen and unable to fulfill its natural path of development, it separates from the whole and ends up in the unconscious. As a consequence, I am not aware of this separation, yet I carry it with me constantly in the form of additional psychic baggage. The suggested exercises allow you to become more aware of certain aspects of yourself and thereby supports the integration of separated parts.
